Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 2 to 7 would submit that the petitioner was never placed under suspension and no document has been placed in the writ petition to demonstrate this fact. He would further contend that the petitioner has challenged initiation of departmental enquiry, but same has been concluded vide order dated 11.08.2020 and said order has been placed alongwith return as Annexure R/1. He would submit that the petitioner has not challenged said order. 3. Heard. 4. Taking into consideration the submission advanced by learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 7, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
