OMP(M) No. 214 of 2026 The instant application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the present appeal. It has been stated in the application that the impugned judgment dated 02.01.2025 was passed by the learned District Judge, Mandi, H.P. The certified copy of the impugned judgment was applied on 14.02.2025 and delivered on 24.02.2025. It has been averred in the application that after procuring the certified copy, the final opinion was taken from the concerned authorities. Thereafter, the counsel for the applicant, unfortunately, met with an accident and was on bed rest as advised by the attending doctor due to the medical condition and consequential physical incapacity, the counsel could not prepare and file the present application within the prescribed time. The delay in filing the application is neither intentional nor deliberate. In view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit and keeping in view the fact that the learned counsel for the non-applicants have no objection, the present application is allowed, and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
