By filing this writ application, the petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent No.3-Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Gumla to dispose of Mutation Appeal Case No.140 of 2022-23. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the appeal is still pending on remand. The petitioner, who appears in-person submits that suffice it would be if a direction be given to dispose of the appeal at the earliest. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the competent authority to dispose of the appeal preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties. 5.
