1. This application is jointly filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC for recording of settlement. 2. This suit is instituted by the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking a decree of permanent and mandatory injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on his behalf from issuing groundless threats as also for damages etc. During the pendency of the suit, parties have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 02.09.2026, copy of which has been placed on record and perused by the Court. 3. As per one of the terms of settlement, Plaintiffs have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.91,00,000/- to the Defendant after deduction of applicable taxes in two instalments of Rs.81,00,000/- and Rs.10,00,000/- respectively. cheque bearing No.000658, drawn on ICICI Bank, Krishna Nagar Delhi- Cabus Branch, dated 09.10.2026 in the sum of Rs.72,90,000/- to counsel for the Defendant and photocopy is handed over to the Court which is taken on record. As further agreed, the balance amount is payable as per Clauses 1.9 and 1.10 of the agreement and counsel for Plaintiffs submits that needful shall be done in terms of the settlement agreement. 4. Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of recording the settlement between the parties. 5. Suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties. Settlement Agreement dated 02.09.2026 shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto. 6. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 7.
