Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2026 in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 99 of 2026, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 74, 75(2) of the BNS pending in the court of learned J.N-XIII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is enormous delay in filling the first information report. The time of the incident is 11:45 AM and the first information report was filed at 7:00 PM. 4. Upon a query of this Court, he has submitted that investigation is still going on. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that there is direct allegation made against the petitioner and the impugned order itself reflects that the victim has supported the allegation made against the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS and investigation is still going on , this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner bail. 7.
