This Court directed the respondent authorities to take action against the writ petitioners, if the writ petitioners are conducting any aquaculture activities without obtaining necessary permission, as required under the Andhra Pradesh State Aquaculture Development Authority Act, 2020. The present contempt case is filed by the unofficial respondent in the Writ Petition, there is no violation of the order, the present contempt case is filed by circumventing the law.
