Learned AGP submitted that probably Respondent No. 1 who has closed the matter for orders may not be available as on today. 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No. 1 to decide Reference Case No. 163/2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
