JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP TANEJA Order 13/01/2026
1. None appears on behalf of petitioner.
2. By way of instant Civil Contempt Petition, disobedience of interim order dated 08.12.2023 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 19684/2023 has been alleged by the petitioner, stating inter alia, that despite directions of this Court to consider the
[2026:RJ-JP:1382-DB] (2 of 2) [CCP-747/2025] candidature of petitioner for the post of Hospital Care Taker provisionally, his candidature has not been considered.
3. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents-contemnors pointed out that, though, the previous Contempt Petition bearing No. 778/2024 filed by the petitioner, alleging disobedience of the same interim order, has been dismissed on merits by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.11.2024, however, the contention of petitioner is false since RPSC has provisionally considered the candidature of petitioner and final result is kept in sealed cover, awaiting the final decision of the writ petition. In support thereof, letter dated 02.09.2024 issued by the RPSC, Ajmer has been placed on record pointing out that Roll Number of petitioner is 3501448 and his result is awaiting subject to final decision of the writ petition.
4. In view of contention of counsel for respondents, we do not find that respondents have committed any disobedience of order dated 08.12.2023, more so the previous Contempt Petition has already been dismissed, hence, this second Contempt Petition is misconceived and same is also dismissed. No costs.
5. Notices of contempt issued to respondents stand discharged.
