The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 24.05.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.21913/2022 [KLR-RES]. 2. A reading of the said order indicates that the learned Additional Government Advocate made a statement to the effect that the name of the complainant would be entered in the revenue records after due verification. In view of the said statement, the learned Single Judge has passed an order directing the accused No.1 - Tahsildar, Bengaluru East Taluk to take an appropriate - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25845-DB CCC No. 159 of 2026 decision in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate for the accused submits that an appropriate decision will be taken within a period of 4 weeks from date and communicate to the complainant. 4. In view of the above statement, the present complaint is closed with liberty to the complainant to revive the same if the decision is not communicated within the aforesaid period of 4 weeks.
