A perusal of the FIR reveals that the petitioner is said to have transported M-sand without any transport permit. 3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, he was only transporting with the transport permit. However, no such permit has been produced before this Court. 4. In view of the above said facts, there are no merits in the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
