The instant application has been preferred by the petitioner for cancelling the appointment of his younger brother and to appoint this petitioner who applied for compassionate appointment due to death of his father. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be suffice by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4 who shall decide the request of the petitioner. 3. Since no counter-affidavit has been filed, learned counsel for the respondent submits that if the petitioner so chooses he may approach the concerned respondent. 4.
