( Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:-
“(A). That the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ order or directions may kindly be issued directing the respondents to release the entire arrears of retirement benefits of Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Commutation of Pension and Revision of Pension in Lump Sum which have accrued in favour of the petitioner in terms of HPCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2022 notified by the Department of Finance (Pay Revision) vide notification No.Fin-(PR)B(7)-1/2021 dated 3rd January, 2022 w.e.f 01.01.2016 along with interest @ 6% per annum from the due date without any further delay. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 (B). That the case of the petitioner is similarly situated and squarely covered to the petitioners in CWP titled as Tika Ram vs State of H.P & Anr decided on 21st May, 2024 along with other connected matters (Annexure-P/10) whereby, entire arrears of Retirement Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Commutation of Pension and pension arrear along with interest @6% per annum have been ordered to be released to the petitioners from the due date within 3 months. Therefore, it is further prayed that such benefit may be extended to the petitioner on the analogy of above said
judgment.”

Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
