He has placed on record office order dated 31.03.2026, wherein it has been stated that judgment rendered in case of Mohit Sharma, is not applicable to the case of the petitioner herein and, hence, he is not entitled to the higher pay stage as per the provisions of the Revised Pay Regulations. 2. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid office order, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid office order in accordance with law.
