Petitioner, merely, seeks direction to respondent to disclose about any Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against him and still subsisting. 3. Learned CGSC for respondent appears on advance notice and submits that the communication in question was directly addressed to Chief Immigration Officer and a copy was merely endorsed to SFIO. She further submits that they would consider the present writ petition as representation and would send requisite intimation in a time-bound manner to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner has no objection to the abovesaid proposal. 5. In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondents to send requisite communication to the petitioner within three weeks from today.
