In light of the prayer made in the writ petition and as has been fairly submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner, as the issue raised by the petitioner in the present case is that relief granted to the petitioner in the earlier petition preferred by him is not being honoured by the respondents, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has to seek execution of the earlier judgment and a fresh writ seeking implementation of order passed in the earlier writ is not maintainable. 3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to seek execution of the judgment earlier passed in favour of the petitioner.
