The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [hereinafter referred to as ‘BNSS’], seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 5/2026, registered at Police Station Cyber Outer, Outer District, Delhi, for the offence punishable under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [hereinafter referred to as ‘BNS’]. During the course of investigation, Section 3(5) of the BNS was also added. 3. Learned APP for the State submits that the complainant has been duly compensated and that the petitioner has paid the entire amount due to the complainant. 4. Heard. 5. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing a bail bond to the sum of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned Station House Officer [SHO]/Investigating Officer [IO], subject to the following conditions: i. The applicant shall join the investigation as and when required by the IO. ii. The applicant shall remain available on the mobile number(s) furnished by him to the IO and shall keep the same operational at all times. ii. The applicant shall not leave the NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned IO/SHO. iii. The applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, influence any witness or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever. iv. In the event of any change in his residential address or contact details, the applicant shall promptly intimate the same to the concerned IO/SHO. 7. Accordingly, the present bail application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of. 8.
