The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mango Olidih P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024, registered under sections 21(a), 21(b), 21(c), 22(b) and 22(c) of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is employee of Umesh Kumar Gupta who runs Mahalaxmi Auto Parts shop and allegations are made that Cough Syrup was used to be transferred from Prince Medical Shop to the Shop of Umesh Kumar Gupta. He next submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the said transaction and petitioner is only employee of Umesh Kumar Gupta. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are that cough syrup has been transmitted from Prince Medical Shop to the shop of Umesh Kumar Gupta. He further submits that the Proprietor of Prince Medial Shop is Javed Perwez and the petitioner happens to be son of said Jawed Perwez and he used to sell cough syrup and the cough syrup is said to be commercial in nature and in view of that anticipatory bail of the petitioner may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that petitioner is son of Jawed Perwez who is proprietor of Prince Medical Shop and allegations are there that petitioner is indulged in selling and receiving of Onrerx cough syrup and the said cough syrup is said to be commercial in quantity. ( 2026:JHHC:18976 ) 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case , I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
