This application has been preferred by the petitioner for condoning a delay of 720 days in filing the revision application. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not aware that his application for discharge has been rejected and only when the evidence started, his lawyer had advised the petitioner to move this Court in revision against the order dated 13.05.2022 consequent to which the present revision application has been filed. Mr. A.K. Sahani, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has submitted that the evidence has already been completed and the case has been fixed for argument. There does not appear to be sufficient reasons for condoning a huge delay of 720 days and, in fact, the reasons which has been assigned in the para 2 and 3 of the instant application are vague and unsubstantiated. Neutral Citation 2026:JHHC:18811 On consideration of the aforesaid facts, I do not feel inclined to condone the delay of 720 days in filing the revision application and consequently, I.A.
