2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
"It is therefore, prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed the instant petition and Quash the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Impugned FIR registered Under Section 363 of IPC in Crime No. 520/2022 registered at Police Station Koni, Distt- Bilaspur (C.G.) Vide Dated 10/11/2022, and subsequent filing of Impugned charge sheet NO. 508/2022 dated 22.12.2022, and order taking cognizance dated 24/12/2022, and impugned
order framing charge under section 363 of IPC against the present petitioner vide dated 24/07/2023 and all consequential proceedings thereto (vide ANNEXURE P/1 (Colly)), in the interest of justice."
3. At the time of the hearing, this Court observed that the petitioner has not annexed the complete order sheet, including the last order sheet dated 14.03.2025. More than a year has passed, and the petitioner states that, till date, no progress has been made in the trial.
4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition.
