It transpires from the record that during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the main Writ Petition No.5662 of 2013 itself has been disposed of, vide Order dated 17.12.2018, which is on record. The Final Order passed by the erstwhile High Court dated 17.12.2018 is taken on record. 3. Having taken note of the same, this Court is of the view that this Contempt Case has become infructuous. 4.
