Heard learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned counsel for the state opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is allegation against this petitioner that he withdrew Rs.1,22,82,500/- from the office vault to deposit it in ICICI Bank, but only sent a photo of a deposit slip showing Rs.66,32,400/-, which was deposited. Later, the head office confirmed that the amount was never deposited and the receipt was forged. 5. After going through the record, especially the impugned order, I find that the allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature involving criminal breach of trust, forgery and misappropriation of huge amount, which was entrusted to him in course of his employment. The record indicates that the petitioner along with co-accused had withdrawn huge amount of cash from the office vault for depositing the same in the Bank, however, the amount was allegedly not deposited and a forged deposit slip was produced. 6. Considering the allegation, which is serious in nature, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, named above, in connection with Bistupur P.S.
