Sai Pratap, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri G. Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities and Sri Polanki Anand Kumar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.7. 2. Sri G. Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Commissioner, Rajampet Municipality, dated 12.03.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that there is already a subsisting Civil dispute between the Petitioner herein and Respondent No.6. This fact is already cited in Para 4 of the Affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition that Respondent No. 6 has filed O.S. No. 1 of 2023 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rajampet, and the same is now pending for adjudication. It is a suit filed for Permanent Injunction. It is also stated that there is no Interim Injunction or any Status-quo Order granted in favour of any of the Parties in the Suit. It is also stated that Respondent No. 7 has nothing to do with the 3 dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 6, but he is a neighbour who owns adjoining property. 4. Sri Polanki Anand Kumar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.7 submits that the Petitioner has no right to seek any relief against the land possessed by him, and if there is any dispute, it has to be settled through Civil Court and not through Writ Court. 5. Having regard to these facts, this Court is of the view that the dispute raised by the Petitioner is factually Civil in nature, and therefore this Court would desist from entertaining such factual disputes. In any case, there is already a Civil dispute pending between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 6. This Court is also of the opinion that the Official Respondents have nothing to do with the dispute that is raised by the Petitioner herein as against Respondent No. 6 or Respondent No. 7. 6. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is devoid of any merit. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 8.
