The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 860 of 2026. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was found in a room along with her husband Aniket Kumar and on similar allegations Aniket Kumar has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.2752 of 2026. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2025. Learned Spl.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the case of the petitioner seems to be the similarly situated to co-accused Aniket Kumar who has been granted bail, as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner cum Special Judge (NDPS) at Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S.
