This is an application seeking amendment of the writ petition for seeking relief of quashing order dated 11.07.2026, issued by the Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K. 2. Notice. 3. Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the respondents. She submits that the applicant be allowed to amend the writ petition as the main petition has not even been taken on board. 4. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amended writ petition is taken on record. 5. Application stand disposed of. WP(C) No. 2125/2026 1. The petitioner has filed this petition for quashing the order dated 11.07.2026, issued by respondent No. 2 to the extent it relates to the petitioner as Serial No. 144 2 WP(C) No. 2125/2026 CM No. 4641/2026 it is submitted that the same is contrary to the provisions of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already filed the representation for allowing her to continue at her present place of posting at Jammu so as to enable her to support her specially able son which is pending before respondent No. 2. He further submits that the respondents be directed to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner within stipulated period and till then the present status of the petitioner be not disturbed. 3. Notice 4. Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the respondents. She submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered as expeditiously as possible. 5. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to consider the representation which is stated to have been filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and till the same is considered and decided, the present status of the petitioner may not be disturbed. 6.
