Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served in case the petitioner is allowed to made a representation to the Authority concerned for her adjustment at some other station in light of her health condition as she is stated to be suffering from Arthritis. 3. In terms of the prayer so made, without interfering with the impugned transfer order, the petition is disposed of with the direction that in case representation is filed by the petitioner, duly supported by medical report within two weeks as from today, the Authority will take a call thereupon within two weeks as from the date of receipt thereof by hearing the petitioner.
