Sanjoy Piprawall, Prince Kumar, Jay Prakash, Advocates -- 02/01.07.2026 The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for the following reliefs: (A) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) / order(s) /direction(s) commanding upon the respondents especially the respondent no.2 to allow the petitioner to access answer key of JTMACCE-2025 for the subjects "Al and Coding" and "Cyber Security" Examinations, which were held on 19.01.2026 & 21.01.2026, respectively. (B) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) / order(s) /direction(s) commanding upon the respondents especially the respondent no.2 to award marks to the petitioner for the question nos. 15, 51, 74, 78, 80, 82, 85, 95, 101 and 119 subject-Computer Science in the JTMACCE-2025 re- examination held on 09.05.2026 as the petitioner after verifying from the answer key uploaded by the respondent no.2, he found marks for the above mentioned questions have not been awarded to him and he has correctly answered to those questions. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant application may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Examination Controller of JSSC (Respondent no. 2), to consider his grievance. 2026:JHHC:19167 2 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed; accordingly, the petitioner if so chooses he may approach the Examination Controller of JSSC- Respondent no2. 4. Having regard to the above, the instant writ application stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Examination Controller of JSSC-Respondent no. 2 by filing fresh representation within a period of 10 days from today. Needless to say, if the petitioner approaches the Examination Controller of JSSC-Respondent no. 2, he shall verify the records of the case and consider his representation within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of such representatioin. It goes without saying that if the claim of the petitioner is found genuine, necessary order be passed. 5. With the aforesaid observations/direction, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
