This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “ Respondent No. 3, Punjab & Sind Bank, to immediately defreeze/remove the lien on the bank account of the Petitioner, ie., Account No. 08811000900089, IFSC: PSIB0001027, Santpura Branch, New Delhi; Respondent No. 4, Reserve Bank of India, to issue appropriate directions/guidelines to banks to prevent This is a digitally signed order. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner maintains an account bearing No. 08811000900089 with respondent No. 3 Bank and a lien of Rs. 60,000/- has been put on the account of the petitioner on the basis of the cyber complaint. 3. A perusal of the cyber complaint shows that disputed amount itself is Rs. 60,000/- and from the said frozen account a sum of Rs. 27,000/- has been transferred to the complainant Mr. Daiveek Narayan on 05.09.2026. 4. Out of the lien of Rs. 60,000/-, Rs. 27,000/- stands paid to the complainant. The same is fortified by Mr. Batra, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. 5. For the said reasons, it is directed that the lien of Rs. 33,000/- shall be marked on the account bearing No. 08811000900089 of the petitioner maintained with the respondent No. 3 bank, and subject to the said lien, the petitioner shall be permitted to operate the account. 6.
