Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “That the impugned office order dated 08.04.2026, Annexure P-1, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be transferred from GSSS Galanaghat Tehsil Pachhad District Sirmour H.P. to DDSE Nahan District Sirmour, H.P. may kindly be quashed and set aside and the petitioner may very kindly be allowed to work at the present place of posting in the interest of justice” 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General informs the Court that the impugned transfer order has been withdrawn. This fact is also acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner. 2 3.
