Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 5. The SHO, Police Station Malviya Nagar, is directed to ensure that no construction is carried out in terms of work stop notice. 6. All rights and contentions of the private parties are kept open.
