Under challenge, in this intra-court appeal is the order dated 29.05.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C)7771/2026. 5. In fact, the said judgment was passed in a bunch of writ petitions and the writ petitions filed by the respondent, namely, W.P.(C)7771/2026 was part of the said bunch. 6. On instructions, learned counsel for the appellant has stated that pursuant to the impugned judgment, the inspection of the applicant institution/respondent has already been carried out, however, deficiencies, if any, have not been notified to the institution. 7. In these circumstances, since the judgment impugned in this writ petition has already been given effect, no fruitful purpose would be served to continue with the proceedings of this appeal. 8. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction to the appellant to convey the deficiencies, which might have been noticed by it giving the inspection, to the respondents within 03 weeks granting them time of 06 weeks to respond to the deficiencies, which may be pointed out by the appellant. Once the response to the deficiencies is received by the appellant, final decision on the prayer for grant of intimation shall be taken by the appellant within next 06 weeks thereafter. The said decision shall also be communicated to the respondent 9. The present appeal along with pending applications stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 10.
