None has put in appearance on behalf of both the sides. 2. The instant writ misc. application has been submitted seeking extension of time for furnishing the undertaking in terms of the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7076/2025. 3. As per the order dated 23.05.2025, the petitioner was supposed to submit the undertaking before the Rent Tribunal within a period of four weeks from that day by incorporating the conditions mentioned in para No.5 of the aforesaid order. (2 of 2) [WMAP-310/2025] 4. It is averred in the application that due to serious illness of the wife of the petitioner, the requisite undertaking could not be furnished within the stipulated time. Hence, the instant application has been submitted seeking extension of time. 4. Considering the above and for the reasons stated, the instant writ misc. application stands allowed. Two weeks’ further time is granted to the petitioner to submit the desired undertaking in pursuance of the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by this Court while deciding S.B.
