15.BA.3848.2026.doc company namely ‘Bluebird and Rich Me Land Investment Company’. As regards the role attributed to Applicant is concerned, she is alleged to have been involved in the management of the Company. The prosecution's case further suggests that she alongwith her husband played an instrumental role in inducing investors to invest their money in the Company. The material on record as emanating from the prosecution's own case prima facie indicates that most of the investors whose statements have been recorded received handsome returns initially which led them to repose their further trust in the Company of Accused No.1 which was engaged in the share-market business. 4. Applicant is a woman with two minor children who require her care and support. She was arrested on 01.05.2026 and has remained in custody since then. Most importantly, the material on record prima facie indicates that no amount was ever credited to the Applicant's bank accounts, whereas the amounts in question were received by Accused Nos.1 and 3, the details of which are placed on record. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to consider the Applicant's case for bail. 5.
Hence, in view of above prima facie observations and findings, Bail Application of Applicant is allowed subject to the following terms and conditions:- 2 of 4
