Both the writ petitions are disposed of with the directions to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners which is on record for regularization on account of the fact the petitioners have worked for more than 10-20 years. The relied upon judgment in the representation or as submitted before the authority by way of additional affidavit may also be considered considering the long tenure service rendered in contractual capacity be considered by the adjudicating authority/competent authority and pass a speaking order within a period of three months upon the representation, if filed by the petitioners relying upon order dated 29.08.2025 (Annexure-2) passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8332/2002 titled Nawal Kishore Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., relevant extract from which is reproduced as under: "16. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the light of aforesaid judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and to pass an appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of certified copy of this order. In case, the petitioner is found fit for regularization, consequential benefits of difference of pay and arrears thereof be also given to be petitioner within the aforesaid period." 2.
