This is an appeal preferred by the applicants being wife and children of deceased - Chokkakula Lakshman Rao, aged 45 years, who died in an untoward incident on 18.10.2013 challenging the order dated 09.01.2020 in OAII(U) No.261 of 2014 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Amaravati Bench at Guntur, wherein the claimants have claimed Rs.10,00,000/- as compensation for the death of Chokkakula Lakshman Rao and the same was dismissed by the Tribunal. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing M/s. P.L.Rao, learned Counsel representing Appellants requested this Court to withdraw the appeal. 3.
