A. No. 03 of 2026 is allowed. Delay of 82 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Heard on admission. Appeal is admitted for hearing. Issue notice to the respondents. P. F. and copies within seven working days. Failing which this appeal stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Bench. Also heard on I. A. No. 01 of 2026, which is an application for exemption from filing the certified copy of the order passed under Section 170 of the Motor Vehicles 2 / 2 Ami Act, 1988. On due consideration, the application I. A. No. 01 of 2026 is allowed. Heard on I. A. No. 02 of 2026, which is an application for grant of stay. After hearing learned counsel for the appellant, it is ordered that on appellant’s depositing 75% of the awarded amount alongwith the interest before the Claims Tribunal within a period of 45 days from today, recovery of remainder shall remain stayed against the appellant. The respondents/claimants are at liberty to withdraw the deposited amount in terms of the award. Post this matter for final hearing in the month of August, 2026.
