The present CRMP has been filed seeking an extension of time to file an appeal before the appropriate Court. 2. Vide order dated 10.09.2025 passed in ACQA No.1042/2024, this Court granted the petitioners liberty to prefer an appeal before the appropriate Court within a period of 60 days. However, the petitioners failed to file an appeal within the stipulated period. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time. 3. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the petition, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the petitioners an opportunity to file an appeal, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- before the District Legal Services Authority, Durg within 7 working days from today. Upon furnishing the receipt of said payment, the petitioners shall file the appeal before the appropriate Court within an outer limit of 30 days from today. It is ordered accordingly. 4.
