Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 27.07.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 28.03.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary) Chamba, District Chamba, H.P. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been allowed benefits of revised emoluments on contract basis, subject to the final outcome of LPA being filed by the State and other legal remedies. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.01.2026 passed in CWP No. 21047 of 2025, titled, Navneet Singh versus State of Himachal Pradesh and Others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in terms of the aforesaid judgment in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
