7. Perused the records with the assistance of the learned Advocates for the parties. 8. Perusal of the records indicates that the involvement of the Applicant and Accused Nos. 7, 9 and 10 in Crime No. 487 of 2025 is similar. The allegations against the Applicant (Accused No. 6) and Accused Nos. 7, 9 and 10 are alike. Though Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the State, has submitted that the difference in the case of the Applicant is that a bloodstain was found on the Applicant's trouser, considering that on almost similar facts, Accused Nos. 7, 9 and 10 have been released on bail, in the circumstances of this case, I deem it fit and proper to grant bail to the Applicant. 9. In view of the above, the Application is allowed on the following conditions: a) The Applicant in Crime No. 487 of 2025, registered at Rajarampuri Police Station, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only), with one or two sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur, in Sessions Case No. 244 of 2025. b) The Applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case to dissuade that person from disclosing the facts to the Court or any police VRJ 3 of
