JUSTICE SHAMIMA JAHAN ORDER Date : 28-01-2026 Heard Mr. M Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners as well as Mr. R Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. By order dated 13.08.2025, this Court had enlarged the applicants/petitioners on interim bail. Thereafter, on 17.10.2025, on the instructions placed before this Court that charge-sheet was submitted, the applicants/petitioners were directed to pursue their remedy before the concerned Court and the said interim order was extended for a period of 10 (ten) days. However, Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that the petitioners could not appear within the said stipulated time for genuine reasons. He submits that the petitioners were not in the State and did not get leave from their work and as such could not approach within the said stipulated time for appropriate orders. He as such submits that they may be given some more time to appear before the learned Court below for necessary orders. Prayer is allowed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Court below within a period of 10 (ten) days from today and the said interim order dated 13.08.2025 is extended till then.
