Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- i) “Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing and setting aside the impugned Office Order dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3. ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to serve at his present place of posting at Nahan till the completion of his normal tenure.” 2. Today, learned Deputy Advocate General on the strength of instructions received from Director of Agriculture dated 06.05.2026, informs the Court that the transfer of the petitioner has been withdrawn. To demonstrate this fact, 2 learned Deputy Advocate General is also referred to the office order appended with the instructions dated 23.04.2026. 3.
