The petitioner have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the make the necessary respondent authority to correction in the seniority list and grant the seniority to the petitioner from the initial date of appointment i.e from 01.08.2008; 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authority to decide the petitioner representation Dated 19.01.2026 within stipulated time. 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III on 01.08.2008, however, in the gradation list prepared by the respondent department, he has been shown to be appointed on 13.08.2010 and thereby he is suffering loss of seniority. Petitioner had submitted representation before respondent No. 4 and 5 which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that he has no objection on the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 and 5 to consider and take decision on the 3 / 3 representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in mind the rules and regulations applicable in the facts of the case, expeditiously preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
