The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 270C of 2002 registered for the offence under Sections 120(B), 418, 420, 468, 471, 474 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Earlier, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the year 2006 but the petitioner did not execute his bail bonds in the Court below and now this second anticipatory bail application has been filed. 4. The petitioner is an absconder and in the facts of the case, the second anticipatory bail application is not Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37783 of 2026(2) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 maintainable. 5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. 6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai will take all steps for arresting the petitioner. 7.
