Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 01.07.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of office order dated 31.01.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary) Shimla, District Shimla-171004, H.P. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma's case. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.01.2026 passed in CWP No. 20945 of 2025, titled, Radhe Shyam versus State of Himachal Pradesh and Others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in terms of the aforesaid judgment in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
