1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 before the concerned Tahsildar for redressal of his grievance.
2. Counsel for the State has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
3. On due consideration, the prayer made by petitioner’s counsel is allowed.
