The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No.120/2025 dated 15.05.2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and informant are agnates. He further submits that during the measurement of land, altercation took place. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault and even the nature of injury is not disclosed as to whether it is grievous or simple. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there. ( 2026:JHHC:18798 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 3347 of 2026 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons. It has been pointed out that both the sides are agnates and altercation took place when the measurement of land was going on. It has been further disclosed in paragraph 26 of this application that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No.120/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 29th June, 2026 Ajay/
