Kullu (HP). The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the order dated 02.09.2025, passed 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 by the Hon’ble Supreme Court reveals that by way of an interim arrangement, any contempt proceedings based on the order impugned, shall not proceed further. 3. Keeping in view the above fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition at this stage. However, he may be granted liberty to file the same after the decision in the aforementioned case pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty as prayed for is granted.
