Agarwal, learned Amicus Curiae for the respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that following an earlier order of this Court, the learned Trial court has granted default bail to the petitioner since the statutory period was completed without submitting the chargesheet. He, therefore, prays that this bail application be closed without further adjudication. In the circumstances as stated above, the prayer is allowed. The bail application stands closed.
