JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 16-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 156 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged of molesting the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38239 of 2026(2) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. 8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner. 9.
