The appellant has filed the present appeal impugning an order dated 23.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.4453/2026 (CS-RES). The appellant had filed the said writ petition impugning an order dated 27.01.2026, whereby the licence granted to the petitioner to run a milk booth located in the court complex, Mysuru, was cancelled. 2. The appellant states that she was running the business of a Nandini Milk Parlour from the said booth since 2007-08. The booth had become old and needed repair and, accordingly, she was instructed to vacate the same and handover the old stock in the shop, for carrying on such renovation. The appellant was not allotted the milk booth after it was renovated and this led the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25513-DB WA No. 1096 of 2026 appellant to file a writ petition, being W.P No.16727/2025. The appellant's licence was cancelled in view of certain allegations, including that of misbehaviour with the staff. The said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to hold an enquiry in regard to the said allegations and afford the appellant an opportunity to be heard. The respondents, once again passed a cancellation order dated 27.01.2026, which was communicated to the appellant on 05.02.2026. 3. The learned Single Judge did not interfere with the said order in view of the allegations that the appellant had failed to pay the electricity charges of the milk booth in question. The learned Single Judge also noted that in furtherance of the orders passed by the court, an enquiry was conducted and the cancellation order dated 27.01.2026 was passed thereafter. The appellant disputes the same. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that there have been further developments and the booth in question has since been removed from the old court complex. Thus, in any event, the appellant cannot be granted a licence to run the said booth. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25513-DB WA No. 1096 of 2026 5.
