Union of India & Anr., W.P.(C) 6869/2026, order dated 18.05.2026, b) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 3 to restore Petitioner's Instagram business accounts “A Visa Expert” (@avisaexpert) and “A Visa Experts India” (@avisaexpertsindia), pending adjudication of Appeal No. 47807/2026, or, in the alternative, to undertake and communicate a reasoned review of the suspension in accordance with the applicable provisions of the IT Rules, 2021, c) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 3 to disclose to Petitioner the specific reasons and the particular content relied upon for suspension of the said accounts, so as to enable Petitioner to effectively understand and dispute the basis of the impugned action, in accordance with the applicable statutory safeguards, d) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 1 to ensure compliance by Respondent No. 3 with the applicable obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021, and to take such action as may be warranted in accordance with law, e) pass an ad-interim order directing Respondent No. 3 to restore Petitioner's accounts pending the hearing and final disposal of the present petition, or pass such other interim direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances, having regard to the continuing business prejudice suffered by Petitioner and the pendency of the statutory appeal, f) award costs of the present proceedings in favour of Petitioner and against the Respondents...”
